Lauren Ferrante is an Experienced Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor based out of the tropical island chain of Islamorada. Her insightful, down-to-earth vinyasa flow & fusion classes are held outdoors at some of the most stunning seaside locations in The Florida Keys.
