RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Island Flow Yoga, LLC ("Island Flow Yoga," "IFY," "we," "us," or "our") is a small, independently owned business that designs and hosts wellness retreats at carefully selected destinations around the world. We invest significant time, resources, and care into creating these experiences. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking.

By submitting a deposit or payment toward any Island Flow Yoga retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All deposits and payments made to Island Flow Yoga are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly stated below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 91 days or more before the retreat start date:

Participants may be eligible for a one-time transfer of their deposit to another Island Flow Yoga retreat occurring within the same calendar year, subject to availability and only if the participant's original retreat space is filled by another paying guest. Approval of any transfer is at the sole discretion of Island Flow Yoga.

Any approved transfer will incur a $250 rebooking fee in addition to the tuition cost of the new retreat. Participants transferring to another retreat will be responsible for paying the current advertised retreat price at the time of rebooking. Early Bird pricing, promotional pricing, alumni discounts, special offers, or any other discounted rates from the original booking will not be transferred or honored on the new retreat.

Cancellations made 90 days or less before the retreat start date:

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergencies, work obligations, travel disruptions, or changes in personal circumstances.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & LATE PAYMENTS

Each retreat has its own payment schedule and due dates as outlined on the retreat registration page or invoice.

• Early Bird Pricing reservations must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of Early Bird Pricing and adjustment to current pricing.

• Regular Pricing balances not received within 48 hours of the stated due date may incur a $200 late fee.

• Any payment more than 10 days overdue may result in cancellation of the participant's reservation and forfeiture of all amounts previously paid.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and highly encouraged for all participants. Coverage should ideally include trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, travel delays, and lost baggage.

Island Flow Yoga is not responsible for any losses, expenses, damages, or disruptions resulting from:

• Flight cancellations or delays
• Missed connections
• Travel interruptions
• Illness or injury
• Medical emergencies
• Weather events
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Acts of government or border restrictions
• Any other circumstances beyond our control

No refunds, credits, discounts, or transfers will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, travel delays, illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in a retreat involves travel, physical activity, yoga, excursions, and other activities that carry inherent risks.

By participating, each guest acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and retreat participation. Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically, mentally, and medically fit to participate in retreat activities.

Participants agree to consult with their healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns prior to attending.

Island Flow Yoga reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or negatively impacts the retreat experience of other participants. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Island Flow Yoga contracts with independent third-party providers including, but not limited to, retreat venues, accommodations, transportation providers, activity operators, guides, and other vendors.

Island Flow Yoga is not responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, errors, personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or expense caused by any third-party provider.

FORCE MAJEURE

Island Flow Yoga shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations when such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, government action, travel restrictions, civil unrest, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, Island Flow Yoga reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the retreat. Refunds, credits, or transfers, if any, shall be determined at the sole discretion of Island Flow Yoga based on recoverable costs and obligations to suppliers.

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL

If Island Flow Yoga cancels a retreat for reasons other than those described under Force Majeure, participants will receive a refund of monies paid directly to Island Flow Yoga.

Island Flow Yoga shall not be responsible for reimbursement of airfare, transportation costs, travel insurance premiums, hotel accommodations, visa fees, passport fees, medical expenses, lost wages, or any other expenses incurred by participants.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Island Flow Yoga reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, teachers, activities, schedule, or program when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or when deemed beneficial for participant safety, comfort, or overall retreat quality.

Any such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
