Yoga & Wellness
Daily yoga sessions with Lauren in the dreamiest surroundings. Accessible to all levels, from beginner to practiced, using a variety of styles: gentle, restorative, and juicy slow sweaty vinyasa. Explore your practice while being one with nature in one of the most stunning places on earth. Our villa is perfectly placed…enjoy bathing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, & windsurfing, in the Mediterranean, a walk/run along the golden sandy beach, explore the many hikes, all steps away. Healthy meals are prepared by our chef using locally sourced farm-to-table ingredients. Your dietary restrictions will be honored.
OUR ITINERARY
Where you will stay: Sardinia is an island full of myth, tradition, incredible cuisine and scenery that will leave you breathless. For three generations, Villa La Belle Etoile, “The Beautiful Star”, is family owned and managed with a passion for the island of Sardinia, its culture, arts and people. This unique villa lies right in front of a golden sandy beach, with a private infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the turquoise sea. It is surrounded by lush and verdant gardens. Its 10 bedrooms are all ensuite and beautifully decorated for your luxurious stay.
Villa Petit Etoile, our sister villa, is located across from the main villa. It has 5 ensuite rooms and will be fully renovated and redecorated by early 2024. Staying here will give you full access to all of the amenities at the main villa for a gentler price.
